Underneath the ply flooring is just the metal of the chassis. It's easy to get the floor up, it's just Sikaflexed down, best to go at it from the back doors with a crow bar. Front seats out of the MPV swivel but my van has just a single passenger seat so I bought a swivel base instead. BTW the MPV alloys fit but you must keep the correct rated tyres for the van to stay legal. Paul H

They usually look quite substantial and so are hard to miss. If Nissan don't want you turning your cheap van into a combo then they might have not done the drill/tap.
